Usui Reiki

Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy practice that invites relaxation, encourages rest, and offers space to reconnect with yourself. At Moonrose Healing, sessions provide an opportunity to slow down, release the pressure of everyday life, and create space for your own sense of balance and well-being.

Reiki is often experienced as calming and restorative, although everyone's experience is different. You may notice warmth, sensations of energy, emotional shifts, deep relaxation, or simply a quiet moment to rest. There is no right or wrong way to experience a session, and you never need to feel or experience anything specific for your time to be meaningful.

Sessions are guided by Usui Reiki, with a focus on supporting relaxation and energetic balance. Depending on your preferences and the session format, Reiki may be offered through gentle, non-invasive touch or as a distance session. You can settle in, relax, and receive without needing to do anything in particular.

Choose the format that works for you:

• Distance Reiki: Receive your session at an agreed-upon time from the comfort of your own space. A live call is not required. An audio summary is emailed afterward, with a written option available by request.

• In-person Reiki: Available on a limited, referral-only basis while Moonrose works toward establishing a dedicated in-person space. Thank you for your patience and support as Moonrose grows.

Reiki is a complementary wellness practice intended to support relaxation and personal well-being. It does not replace medical care or advice from a qualified healthcare professional, and individual experiences and outcomes vary.

Reiki Packages

Moonrose Reiki packages offer a way to book multiple sessions together at a reduced rate, giving you the flexibility to return to your practice over time. Whether you're looking for a little more consistency or simply want to make space for yourself, you can choose the package that feels right for you.

All packages include 60-minute Reiki healing sessions.

Reiki Training

Deepen your practice. Discover your path with Reiki.

Reiki can be a deeply personal journey, whether you're beginning with your own self-practice, feeling called to offer Reiki to others, or exploring the possibility of teaching one day.

Moonrose is developing Usui Reiki training for those who wish to learn, practise, and grow within the Usui Reiki tradition. Training will combine instruction, practical experience, and attunements, with each level building on the foundations of the previous one.

Training Levels

• Level 1 — Reiki Foundations: An introduction to Reiki, its foundational principles, and developing a personal practice.

• Level 2 — Practitioner Training: Building on Level 1, with a focus on offering Reiki to others, learning the Reiki symbols, and exploring distance Reiki.

• Level 3 — Master Practitioner: Deepening your understanding and practice of Reiki through further study and practical development.

• Level 4 — Master Teacher: Advanced training for those who feel called to teach Reiki and attune students within the Usui tradition.

Jenn's Reiki Journey

Jenn completed Usui Reiki Levels 1 and 2 with Rose Mainprize in 2017, followed by Master Practitioner training in April 2026 and Master Teacher training in May 2026 with Setareh Riahi through Burnaby Continuing Education.

Her own journey continues to shape the way she approaches Reiki: with curiosity, personal experience, and respect for the practice and the individual path each student takes.

Coming to Moonrose

2027 Reiki training is currently in development, with course formats, prerequisites, pricing, and in-person locations still being finalized. All certification training is planned to take place in person, with students progressing through the levels sequentially.

House & Business Clearing

A fresh start or reset for your space.

Just as we move through different seasons of life, our homes and workspaces do too. Sometimes we move into a new place, experience a big life change, or simply feel called to refresh the energy of our surroundings.

A house or business clearing is an opportunity to intentionally reset your space, release what no longer feels aligned, and create room for the energy and intentions you want to welcome in.

Each clearing is tailored to you and your space. Depending on your preferences, I may incorporate sage, palo santo, and sound as part of the clearing ritual.

Prefer a smoke-free or scent-free clearing? No problem! Smoke-free and scent-free options are available, so we can find an approach that feels comfortable for you and your space.

Optional Crystal Grid

Want to take your clearing a little further? A customized crystal grid can be created for your home or business, with crystals chosen to reflect your intentions for the space.

There are two ways to approach your crystal grid:

• Let me source your crystals: I'll put together a selection based on your intentions and budget. The cost of the crystals is additional, and we'll agree on the selection and cost before anything is purchased.

• Choose your own crystals: I'll provide a personalized shopping list so you can purchase the crystals yourself. Once you have them, I'll arrange them into your customized grid.

House & business clearing: $200 per hour
Customized crystal grid: $25 setup fee, plus the cost of crystals.

House and business clearings are currently available on a limited basis within Metro Vancouver. Additional travel fees may apply.

• Custom Moonrose Experiences: Have another idea in mind? We can explore combining services or creating something unique to your gathering.
